Odetta Morton is a seasoned financial services executive and strategic adviser with nearly three decades of experience spanning executive leadership, corporate governance, financial management, institutional transformation and complex business matters.
Her career includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a major international private bank and trust company, with executive responsibilities extending across the strategic, financial and operational management of the institution.
Her leadership experience encompasses significant organizational transformation, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, regulatory matters and complex institutional challenges. She has navigated periods of substantial change under heightened regulatory, public and stakeholder scrutiny, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on institutional stability, sound governance and strategic execution.
Having held responsibility for both institutional direction and operational delivery in demanding environments, she brings a distinctive perspective on the intersection of strategy, financial performance, governance, reputational risk and organizational resilience.
